Gonna lose my voice!
I'm already spending a year here in a call center industry, and almost a month with a different account. Anyways, due to high volume of calls from the past weeks, my voice seems to get husky, and i've even experience sore throat and what's worst? Even my performance were affected especially with my QA scores. I went to an ENT specialist for check-up. I was diagnosed that I'm having a pharyngitis. :-( I was advised by the doctor that i have to avoid drinking cold beverages as well as eating too much sweets. I have to deprive myself from eating my fave ice cream as well...Wahhhhhhh!!! I was also advised to have a voice rest for a week. Right now, I'm filing my one week leave for my voice rest as well.
